“I recently reached out to Liz due to some pain I was experiencing in my hip and glutes. As a keen runner I was eager to resolve it so I could continue with my regular runs. After a brief telephone call, Liz visited me in the comfort of my home which worked well around my working commitments.
After assessing my hip, she provided me with a bespoke physiotherapy plan to help strengthen the key muscles in the area. I saw a marked improvement within a few weeks and soon returned to running.
